Two coaches, one floor, no rotating cast of casuals. You will be on a first-name basis by week two.

Coaching is the product.
Anyone can write a hard session. Our job is watching you move, catching the things you cannot see and knowing when to push or when to pull back.
Both coaches hold accredited strength and conditioning qualifications. The advice you get on the floor is advice we take ourselves.
Head coach
Dana Kovac
Twelve years on the platform as an Olympic weightlifter, including national-level competition. Dana built Forge's programming and runs the strength sessions.
Still trains six days a week, still competes in masters weightlifting.
Conditioning coach
Marcus Reid
Former rowing coach with a background in exercise science. Marcus writes the conditioning blocks and owns the Tuesday intervals.
Still trains, still races the odd half marathon he swears is his last.
Hard sessions are easy to write. We would rather build the program you are still running in five years.
