A free one-on-one with a coach. We talk goals, history and injuries, then you lift so we can see where you are starting from.
Assessment week
Your first week of coached sessions. We test the basics, set your starting loads and find the timetable slots that fit your week.
Your program
A program built on your numbers, not a template. From there it is reps, coaching and steady progress, reviewed every block.
