The first appointment is a conversation.

Every new client starts with a 45 minute consultation. Freya looks at your skin closely, asks what it has been through and what you use at home, then writes a plan in plain language.

Sometimes the plan is one facial a season. Sometimes it is a course of needling over winter. It is never more than your skin needs.
